  • Will my flowers be delivered the same day I order them?
  • Your flowers are guaranteed to be delivered the same day if your order is received before midday.
  • How can I pay if I do not have a debit/credit card?
  • We will accept a personal cheque sent through the post providing it is received before the delivery is sent. This is to allow the funds to clear.
  • What happens if the recipient is not there when you call?
  • If the recipient is not available, a card will be left stating whether the flowers have been left with a neighbour or returned to the branch where the order was placed.
  • Can I choose my own colours and flower styles?
  • You can specify what styles and colours you would like. However, before deciding please discuss your requirments with one of our helpful staff who will discuss your specifications and offer you alternative choices.
